This Program is designed for people who want all the benefits of homeownership but…

• Have bruised credit that they need time to rebuild.
• Cannot currently qualify for a mortgage because of unexpected circumstances (for example, medical bills, foreclosure, divorce, income level temporarily low or new job.
• Can qualify for a mortgage but are unsure of what the future may hold for their career or maybe unsure of where they want to live.

How it works…

• Apply and qualify for our Lease/Purchase program.  You must consult with a mortgage representative to determine mortgage qualifications.
• Once approved, you can lock your purchase price in for 12 months.
• We require a $1,200.00 deposit and $825.00 monthly rent on our available 2 bedroom units.
• At the end of 12 months, if you choose to complete the purchase you will receive back your $1,200.00 deposit plus $500.00 of your monthly rent money to apply to your closing cost or down payment.  That is a total savings of $7,200.00.
• This is also a great way to work with lenders to help repair your credit if necessary.
